All our Jewellery are handmade, and each stone is unique. There may be slight variations with the stones, and that is nature at its best. Stones used are hand selected and are Semi-Precious or Precious. We do not use enhanced or synthetic stones.

Care Recommendations

Please love and care for your jewellery.

You should not shower, bath or swim with your jewellery on, always take them off. Delicate Stones do not like chlorine, detergents and saltwater. It is also best to not exercise with Jewellery on, as you need to take care of the Stones.

Gold Plated Jewellery are to have the same care as Precious stones, do not swim, bath or shower with your Weingrill Arley Pieces.

 

How do I clean my jewellery

Warm water and gentle detergent with a soft toothbrush is all you need. Do not use Jewellery cleaning solution on Semi Precious stones, and do not use an Ultra Sonic cleaner.

Gold plated jewellery just needs a soft cloth to clean and polish.

Orders Can I exchange/refund an online purchase at your Sydney Showroom?

Returns need to be approved, and yes you can make an appointment and visit our Sydney showroom.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept changes for pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

We hope you are delighted with your order, however, if you are not satisfied you may return within 7 days. Return approval must be requested within 7 days and you will then have a further 7 days to return the unsuitable item.

Please note, returns will not be accepted if the item is not returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.

Returns are at the expense and responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be processed when Stoneleigh Collective receives the item.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with order number

Do you offer a Bespoke Service?

All our Jewellery are made overseas. We do not offer a bespoke service or customisations to our designs.

Is this an Australian label?

Arley is an Australian Company, and all our pieces are designed in Australia and manufactured overseas.

Bracelet Sizing

The Rolling bracelets are flexible, and do stretch.

Take care when putting the bracelet on, ensure that the individual interlocking bracelets are co-centrically aligned so that they can roll smoothly.

To determine your size measure the circumference of your wrist and consult the table below. 

Size 16 - Wrist measures up to 16cm
Size 17 - Wrist measures up to 17cm

The Cuffed bracelets clip onto your wrist, and the fit is entirely up to you if you want to wear it loose or more snug

Size 1 Standard - Wrist measurements up to 18cm
Size 2 Small - Wrist measurements up to 16cm
