Shipping and Returns
All orders (except international) should be placed directly through our site.
All our jewellery at Stoneleigh is handmade so delivery time can be between 3-5 weeks. However if your preferred item is in stock we’ll let you know that it will be arriving much sooner.
All orders AUD$300 and over will receive complimentary shipping and will be delivered via Australia Post Express Satchel service. Orders under AUD$300 shipping will be charged AUD$10.
You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Should you wish to come and see our pieces and try them on before purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you can arrange to visit our showroom.
At the moment we do not offer international shipping through our site. Please contact us directly at email@example.com if you would like to purchase one of our pieces and have it shipped outside of Australia.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are delighted with your order - if you are not satisfied you may return within 7 days. Return approval must be requested within 7 days and you will then have a further 7 days to return the unsuitable item. Please note, returns will not be accepted if the item is not returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Unfortunately, we do not accept changes for pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons. Returns are at the expense and responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once Stoneleigh receives the returned item.
